Basically, the plan is if the Economy gets better then Komiks gets better.

He says “artistic ang mga Pilipino” and that “we should take advantage of our artistic nature”.

To be fair, Komiks has probably not even entered his sphere of awareness until I brought it up and thus was not in his immediate list of things to fix.

Hopefully, however, it’ll be in his radar now that I have brought it up.

Anti-obscenity Bill

The Anti-obscenity Bill or Senate Bill 2464 Sen. Manny Villar authored aims to penalize those who engage in the “the Production, Printing, Publication, Importation, Sale, Distribution and Exhibition of Obscene and Pornographic Materials, and the Exhibition of Live Sexual Acts, Amending for the Purpose Article 201 of the Revised Penal Code, as Amended.”
